Here is the script we were given for lubricants at the boot camp. We each read through the script then stood up and did a demo using the bullet points you'll find at the bottom.
Right now ladies, we are going to talk about lubricants. Research shows 85% of women prefer to use a lubricant during intimacy, and I'm sure you want to be part of that 85%! So here are the three wonderful reasons why every woman, 18 to 80, needs a lubricant.
1) Comfort. Did you know that the number 1 reason women use a lubricant is to make sex more comfortable and pleasurable? If you're on an antihistamine, if you're stressed out, if you are experiencing personal dryness issues for other reasons, a lubricant is definitely going to make your sex life more comfortable and satisfying.
2) Safety. Your vagina has a very delicate pH balance, and anything introduced into it from an outside source- finger, penis, condom, bedroom accessory- can upset that balance. Lubricants act as a protective barrier.
3) Fun. Lubricants decrease friction, increase sensitivity, and can make your intimate moments into a marathon instead of a sprint- anything more than two minutes, right?
